For each item on the content outline, shading indicates the level of complexity you can expect from questions assessing that skill area.
For example, in the table below, competency I.A.1, verifying the identity of the driver could involve recall or application type questions. Competency I.A.2, ensuring the driver signs the statement about their health history, could only involve a recall type question. Finally, competency I.A.3, identifying noting any issues from the driver’s health and/or medical records, could include questions at the recall, application, or analysis levels.[1]
