Clinton M. Smith, D.C., CICE
Executive Director, Training Coordinator, NRCME Training Systems, LLC

 

Dr. Clinton Smith was received his Chiropractic Physician degree in 1988 at the National College of Chiropractic in Chicago.  In 1995, he began performing DOT work in the form of physical exams, breath alcohol testing and urine drug collections. In 2006 he founded “Trio-One Clinics” a training system designed for physicians in all disciplines, to incorporate full DOT testing facilities in their offices. In 2008, he narrowed his scope to physician training for NRCME certification. Dr. Smith was one of the ten original consultants for the new National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners developed in Washington, D.C.  He developed and founded NRCME Training Systems, LLC and the “NRCME Plus+” Online Training Program. Cyndalynn Tilley, BSN, MS
Systems Development Designer

 

Cyndalynn is a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience. She obtained her BSN from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah and an MS in Clinical Informatics from the University of Utah. She has worked as a float pool nurse, critical care nurse, cardiac nurse, nurse educator for CNA's, research nurse and most recently as a nurse informaticist specializing in terminology and home care nurse. Her most recent project is chief designer of the “NRCME Plus+” On line examiner training system.  In her spare time, Cyndalynn enjoys reading, knitting, mountain biking, hiking, and spending time with her family.

 
 

Josh Quigley
E-Learning Consultant
DigitalChalk, Inc.
 

 

Josh Quigley is a product specialist and consultant for DigitalChalk, specializing in E-learning software development and management. He is the senior adisor and developer for the learning engine for NRCME Plus+ Training Systems. His responsibilities include Product Sales, Product Support and Customer Implementation. He lives in Buford, Georgia.

 
 

Diana Herbst
Senior Administrative Assistant

Diana Herbst is the pulse of NRCME Training Systems. She is the manager of subscription services and seminar arrangements. Her administrative duties include attendance verification, finance and enrollement services. She resides in Avondale, AZ.

     
 
Tim Hershberger
Director of Marketing and Web Presence
 
 
Tim Hershberger is director of Marketing and Web presence for NRCME Testing Systems, LLC. His company, Image Excellence, Inc. designed all of the web presence for NRCME.com and all interaction with the FlexTraining elearning system. Tim received his Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University and currently resides in Illinois.
